My studio in Houston, TX is now open for Weekend Workshops! This is a great way to connect, teach you all about my figurative oil painting and charcoal drawing processes while also diving into what inspires my artistic practice. These are 2-day workshops that include light snacks, wine/refreshments, and good vibes!

Figuration & Atmosphere - 4 Day Oil Painting Workshop (California)

A 4-day oil painting workshop focused on teaching my personal creative process through a combination of demonstrations, guided exercises, and one-on-one feedback.  The workshop would emphasize both skill-building and conceptual exploration. Participants will focus on fundamental elements such as depth and composition, posing the figure, light, and color while learning to incorporate objects in unexpected ways to create tension, narrative complexity, and poetic ambiguity.
